Summer camp for girls in Chile
At the beginning of 2018 the sisters from the Servants of the Lord and the Virgin of Matara, who collaborate in different apostolates in the parish of the Good Shepherd, organized a girl’s camp. About 30 girls participated in the camp. They were able to participate in the Holy Mass and in different formative and recreational activities organized by the religious, sharing moments of great joy.

On Friday, the 23rd of March, in the monastery of Vavlanera, we received a visit from the “board of directors of businessman of La Rioja” (FER in Spanish)
We shared a pleasant lunch with Jaime Garcia – Calzada, the president, Carlos del Rey, the vicepresident, Eduardo Fernandez, the secretary and our beloved friend Patxi.
We thank all of the Riojanos very much for the warm and always attentive welcome with which they received us and continue to shower on us every day.

Youth Festival in Tanzania
We are in the second day of the youth festival here in the parish. 220 have arrived, from many villages…some walked 25 km…and even had to cross a large river. The ambiance with the youth is very good. We are including pictures of the talks. This afternoon we have games, a procession, adoration and confessions. We end tomorrow with the procession and Mass of Palm Sunday.
